Grams and Kilograms
This is my lesson that I did for TIE blog 2. I taught the students by using voicethread for this lesson. My lesson was over grams and kilograms. I mainly taught the students about grams and kilograms and had them weigh objects to see if they were heavier or lighter than the weight of a gram and a kilogram. The voicethread did seem to work for me in my lesson. The only thing that was difficult was that I did not have enough computers or time for all of the students to have a response. So what I did was put students into groups of five and have one student be the reporter and come up to the computer and report what they observed as they weighed their objects. The only thing that I would do different if I taught another lesson using voicethread again; is to give the students days to work on a project instead of one hour.
